Founded in 2018, Bingchem  is a CMO and trading company based in Shanghai, China 

Over the past eight years, Bingchem’s core business has developed successfully in trading，and CMO, we are working for our customers on project development and customer service on compliance

Bingchem’s partner company mainly located in Shandong province, Sichuan province. We represent a few selected partner facilities with expert capabilities.

Development

We focuse on developing new molecules/intermediates on behalf of our customers

We select projects that match our experience, technology and assets

Most development programs are for patented products and typically we secure a majority share once a product is launched

We recognize the development risks:

Project failure due to regulatory reasons

Program delays and demand changes

Process & technology shifts

We work to minimize CAPEX but will add assets as part of an agreement

We expect a collaborative approach with the customer, open discussion and partnership.
